💳 Deposits & Reservations

• A deposit is required to reserve a puppy.

• Once a puppy is marked as reserved, it is no longer available to other buyers.

• Deposits may be refundable only under agreed conditions (such as unforeseen circumstances or breeder-related issues).

• In most cases, deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another available puppy.

🐾 Health-Related Returns

• All puppies are vet-checked before delivery and come with a health guarantee.

• If your puppy is found to have a serious health issue within 48 hours of delivery, you must notify us immediately.

• A licensed veterinarian report will be required for verification.

If confirmed, we will offer:
✔ A replacement puppy (when available)
✔ Or partial/full refund depending on the situation

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Issues

• We ensure all puppies are safely prepared for travel.

• In the rare event of a delivery issue caused by us, we will work quickly to resolve it.

• Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless the issue is directly caused by our error.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Inability to care for the puppy

• Minor issues such as size, color, or personality differences

• Failure to follow proper care instructions
