We provide a 1-year genetic health guarantee for all our puppies.
This covers serious hereditary conditions that may affect your puppy’s quality of life. If a genetic condition is diagnosed within this period:
✔ A replacement puppy may be offered
✔ Or support/partial refund based on the situation
A licensed veterinarian’s report will be required for verification.
We strongly recommend that you take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of receiving them.
If any serious health issue is identified within this time, you must notify us immediately.
Failure to complete this check may void parts of the guarantee.
This health guarantee does not cover:
Minor illnesses (e.g., colds, mild infections)
Stress-related conditions due to relocation
Improper care, neglect, or accidents
Issues caused by poor nutrition or lack of veterinary care
To maintain this health guarantee, the buyer agrees to:
